Two Very sensitive parts


I've gotten the nausea under control, thanks to you ladies recommending starburst candy! Awesome! Here's my latest discomfort: My BOOBS are so sore. Nobody is allowed anywhere near them. I read everywhere that this is a typical first trimester problem, "sore breasts" is an understatement! I do not remember them being this sore with my first pregnancy, but my husband tells me that I complained about it all the time and I must have blocked it out of my memory. ANyway is there anything that you ladies have done to help alleviate breast pain in pregnancy?

I would try a combo of heating pad and Tylenol. I know it isn't good to pop a lot of pills, but Tylenol is pretty safe and sometimes you just need a little tiny bit of relief! exclaim You also might experiment with bras and see if one is more comfortable than another.

I feel for you, though. It can be really painful!
